Return & Refund Policy
We create clean & joyful wellness products for kids. And we want your experience with us to be just as smooth. If something’s gone wrong with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right. Here’s how returns, refunds, and shipping work at wellopia.

Important: Please record an unboxing video while opening your package for faster resolution. Requests without valid proof may not be accepted.

A. Eligible returns/replacements
We accept returns/replacements only in the following cases:

1. Wrong product delivered
2. Expired product delivered
3. Damaged product (physical damage)
4. Missing product

Requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery with pictures and an unboxing video.

B. Steps to request a return/refund
1. Raise a request via Email (care@escahealth.com) or WhatsApp (+91 9972197596) with your order ID, pictures, and unboxing video.
2. Our team will review your request within 24 working hours.
3. If approved, our courier partner will collect the product.
4. Once received and verified, we will issue a replacement or refund within 5–7 business days.

C. Non-refundable cases
1. Opened, used, or altered products
2. Requests raised after 2 days of delivery.

Refunds
If your return is approved, we will start processing your refund right away. It may take 7-10 business days for the amount to be credited back to your original payment method.

If we inspect the returned product and find that it doesn't meet our return policy, we will notify you and ship it back to your original address.

Important Notes
We do not accept refunds or returns for:
1. Opened or Used Products
2. Individual Products purchased on sales or as part of a combo (unless
damaged or defective)
3. Customer preferences like texture, smell or personal reactions.

Our products are made for kids, so we take hygiene seriously. Once a product has been opened, it can't be accepted back for health & safety reasons.
