Shipping policy
We deliver PAN India through our trusted third-party shipping partners.
Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines:
1. All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 days of placing the order, depending on the stock availability.
2. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next working day.
Delivery Timelines:
1. Typical delivery time across India is 5–7 days from the date of shipment. Please note that delivery times and estimates may vary slightly depending on your location, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical delays.
2. While we strive to meet our delivery targets, ESCA is not liable for delays caused by external factors (Force Majeure) such as natural disasters, strikes, or courier partner operational issues.
Shipping Charges (Applicable to India only):
1. Orders above ₹300 ship free. Else a delivery fee of INR 49 is applicable.
2. COD available across all orders, however there is a COD Processing fee of INR 29 for all COD orders.
3. COD is not applicable for orders above INR 1000
3. Orders outside this range may be cancelled or we will contact you to convert to prepaid.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you an email with the tracking details. You can follow the link in the message or track it directly through the courier partner’s website.
Where We Ship
Right now, we ship only within India.
Delayed or Lost Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days, or if the tracking seems stuck, get in touch with us at care@escahealth.com. We’ll speak with the delivery partner and do everything we can to sort it out.
If your package is damaged during delivery, email us right away with photos.
Return Shipping Address
Please do not send products back without first writing to us. We’ll confirm if your item qualifies for return and guide you on next steps.
